Return Policy

Commissioned Pet Portraits

Each custom pet portrait is uniquely created according to your specifications and requires your approval before shipment. Due to the personalized nature of these commissions, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the artwork has been approved and finalized, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

If you receive a commissioned portrait that is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Original Artwork Available in Store

Original artworks available for purchase in our store are one-of-a-kind pieces and we accept returns in case you are not satisfied with your purchase.

If you wish to return an original artwork, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

If the artwork is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately with photographic evidence so we can assist you.

Prints Shipped via Print Club

We accept returns on prints ordered through our print club service. However, please note that prints are shipped via standard postal mail, and while we take care to package items securely, we cannot guarantee that prints will arrive in perfect condition due to handling during transit.

If your print arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

Prints and Merchandise Sold via Third-Party Platforms

For prints and merchandise sold through third-party platforms, returns and refunds are subject to the return policies of those platforms. Please refer to their terms and conditions for details on returns, cancellations, and refunds.

  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping methods for returns to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item or approve a refund request, we will refund your payment to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. The exact timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
Payment service providers such as PayPal, Woopayments, and Google Pay handle the refund transactions securely on our behalf.
